It is an honor to serve as your President, and I am excited about the journey ahead. The Young Realtist Division (YRD) has always been a powerhouse of innovation, leadership, and advocacy, and this year, we are elevating our impact to new heights.
Our mission is clear: to empower, educate, and equip the next generation of real estate professionals. We are not just here to participate; we are here to lead, to build, and to create
lasting change. Through education, networking, and economic development, we will strengthen our communities and open more doors to wealth and homeownership.

The Mission of the Young Realtist® Division is to Redefine the Real Estate Culture for Tomorrow’s Leaders.
The Young Realtist® Division is an affiliate organization of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB).
- We are a capacity building organization with a direct focus on:
- Sharing the benefits, history and traditions of NAREB.
- Assisting NAREB with member recruitment activities.
- Encouraging interest in the real estate industry with youth & young professionals.
- Offering leadership and professional development opportunities that enhance business for our members.
The Term "Young" in YRD is Multifaceted
- Encompassing:
- Industry Newcomers: Those who are newly involved in real estate-related careers.
- New Realtist® Members: Typically, individuals who have been NAREB members for less than three years or have attended fewer than three National Conventions/Mid-Winter Conferences.
- Young at Heart: An essential category representing individuals who bring vitality and guidance to YRD, regardless of their age or tenure.
